For over two decades, Christina Parker has been a cornerstone of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital (SGMH), dedicating her skills and compassion to serving the community. Primarily working in the surgery department, she readily lends a helping hand in the materials management department whenever needed.

SGMH transcends a workplace for Christina, becoming a second home filled with colleagues she cherishes as family. This bond was solidified when her “ father-in-love” received exceptional care at SGMH after facing difficulties finding accurate diagnosis and treatment elsewhere. Witnessing his recovery, thanks to the expertise of the providers at SGMH, solidified her appreciation for the hospital's dedication to patient well-being.

Driven by a desire to give back to both her work community and the broader community she calls home, Christina has been a consistent donor to the SGMH Foundation for over 15 years. The Foundation's impact resonates deeply with her, evident in her own department through the acquisition of vital equipment like anesthesia machines, AccuVein, surgical lights, and the da Vinci Robot.

Recognizing the power of collective action, Christina became a payroll donor roughly 15 years ago, actively encouraging her colleagues to join her in investing in the hospital's future.
